We believe in and fully support the local church in Italy, and in no way wish to take their place. We desire to facilitate mission efforts – working alongside the local church – with mission outreach. Aurora assists missionaries to get to the field and to fulfill their God-given ministry there.
“When He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.” Matthew 9:36-38.

We have opportunities available for long-term missionaries, short-term mission teams, and various support roles. We encourage you to join us in using your skills, talents, and spiritual gifts to reach the many precious Italian people who are in desperate need of the truth of the Gospel.
We believe in “Sola Scriptura,” which is Latin for “Scripture Alone;” for it is only by the true teaching of God’s Word that we can reach these people who are, “…tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming.“ (Ephesians 4:14b)
